David Dellucci recorded his first hit in a Blue Jays uniform with an RBI double in the seventh.

Home plate umpire Ron Kulpa left in the third inning with a mild concussion after being struck in the mask by a foul ball.

Roy Halladay will start for the American League in Tuesday's All-Star game.

Aaron Hill will start at second base at the 2009 All-Star game in St.Louis. Dustin Pedroia had to drop out of the midsummer classic, as his wife is having health complications related to her current pregnancy.

Other Baseball Notes:

The Washington Nationals have fired manager Manny Acta after a MLB worst 2009 first half. The Nationals current record sits at 26-61.

Numerous changes have been made to both the American and National League rosters for Tuesday's All-Star game in St.Louis.

Notable changes are:

Jayson Werth replaces the injured Carlos Beltran.

Nelson Cruz replaces the injured Torii Hunter.

Trevor Hoffman replaces the injured Jonathan Broxton.

Zack Duke replaces Matt Cain (Cain took a line drive off his pitching arm Saturday night and is questionable for the game).

Carlos Pena takes the spot that Dustin Pedroia left void.

The All-Star festivities kicks off tonight with the Home Run Derby @ 7:30pm EST.
